Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 1, 2026

1. General Policy

All subscription fees paid to Sonia Lopez Coaching LLC for access to the I AM Manifested Service are generally non-refundable. By subscribing to the Service, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through:

  • Your account settings within the app
  • Contacting us directly at sonialopezcoach@gmail.com

Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a subscription period.

3. Exceptions — When Refunds May Be Issued

We may issue refunds at our sole discretion in the following limited circumstances:

  • Duplicate charges due to a technical error on our part
  • You were charged after a confirmed cancellation
  • The Service was substantially unavailable for an extended period due to issues on our end
  • As required by applicable law

Refund requests based on these exceptions must be submitted within 30 days of the charge in question.

3A. Consumers in the European Union, EEA, and United Kingdom

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase of digital services within 14 days of the transaction. However, where you request immediate access to the Service and acknowledge that you will lose this right of withdrawal once the Service begins, this statutory withdrawal period may no longer apply. Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or removes any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your country of residence. Where those laws grant you greater rights than this policy provides, those laws prevail.

4. How to Request a Refund

Please include your account email address, the date of the charge, the amount charged, and the reason for your refund request. We will respond within 5 business days.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Free Trial

If we offer a free trial period, you will not be charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged for the subscription plan you selected. It is your responsibility to cancel before the trial period ends if you do not wish to be charged.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the app or website. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
